9 Game Reviews

Although the game is different from the other ones in the series (with the addition of the challenges and the time limit), the game itself isn't that bad. You get used to just killing everyone while looking for the hidden disks and gun parts. Plus, there's more customization then usual, so it's fun.

The big problem I'm facing is the fact that I cannot play the 3rd level, even if I unlocked it. It says that Shockwave has crashed, and thus, the game can't load anymore. This bug kinda ruins the game :/

Finally, an easy way to read these interviews! I always had trouble to find The-Great-One"s interview page :/

Thank you for making my life much easier :D

APRIL FOOLZ SUCKA

I really like this thing! You get to see who is the worst at something! Now, we only need to interview him to see how it feels to be him!

Also, I greatly admire The-Great-One. Not only is he polite, but he's also organised. He interviews a lot of cool people on Newgrounds for god's sake!

thinking-man responds:

He's a cool dude.

I find it nice.

I will probably buy the game (I was and still a fan or Rayman), but this review is about the game.

The art is cool, but it's... pixely. Probably because of the resolution when you guys put it in game mode... or something like that. Anyway, the resolution isin't great.

Now, the gameplay. It could have use a little more work... there has been other games in this website that looks like this one, but they had more stuff in it then this one had.

Time for the controls. Well, your not really using the arrows, only the mouse to make the blue guy (eggplant, I don't know, I forgot his name O_O) flap for a couple of seconds. Plus, he is kinda slow.

The music is great thought, and so is the sound. So I don't have anything about that!

But overall, this game could use a little work. It's cool the the company is trying to sell their game(s), but people in this website likes fun games that they want to replay after a lot of times. Not advertising games usally... well, I think so. It is my opinion!

What do I think?

I think this a really neat game. The first time I played, I thaught ''Wow, after I'm done doing what I would do in a situation like this, I will try to save the world!'' Well, after I found out what the title meant, I felt... irretated.

But after a few moments, I understood. The game itself gives you ONE CHANCE, and it shows you what you would have done in a situation like this. It's like real life: you don't have a back button, you must move on to the choices you made.

Plus, the drawings were simple, yet creative and elegant... well, exept from the cars, but I don't really care about them.

Oh, and the music really gives you an ambiance!

Now, for the people who says that ''WTF I CAN DELETE MY COOKIES YOU SHOUL CAL THIS DELETE YOUR COOKIES TO SAV WORLD!!!!111'' Well, yeah, you can delete your cookies to restart the game. But how fun would that be? The first time you played was great: you feel bad about the choices you made, and after you finished the game, your thinking about the ending.

BUT, if you just restart, you lose the whole point of the game! If anyb ody else noticed (I hope I'm right), the game is about...

...what would you do in this situation?

Oh, and I'm giving this a 9 because... well, I sure you heard about this before, but there are some glitches in the game. I think someone got a weird ending because he made a choice that no one ever made before...

Anyway, great game!

Well, it was kinda good, I guess...

I totally understand that you guys did that in 72 hours. Yeah, maybe it dosen't look that good ( I thought the white squares were actually enemy's ) and at the start, there's not a lot of things you knew about the gameplay and the controls ( tried moving the ship with the mouse -_-" ).

But if you listen to the music, you see its very well done! I'm actually impressed by HFX for doing this in so little time! Only, after the music is over, it dosen't start again...

But yeah, you guys did this in 72 hours, so the LEASt we could do is give you credits!

HiddenSpartan responds:

It was fairly crude game but the game jam had a steep learning curve for a number of reasons, but next time, there will be a tutorial or something like it. HFX was really great, we are aware of the audio glitch, but we are probably not going to fix it any time soon.

Anyways, thank you for your review, I appreciate it.

This game was really good!

It was really entertaining! The fact that there was some trophees and that the levels weren't that hard made the game very enjoyable and it made you want to finish the game! The lower not is because the levels were sometimes TOO easy, even thought the levels were betweem 30 and 40. But still, it was a really good game! Nice work!

Hmmm... an other update

well... it seems there's an other update or something. i wonder what it is since the last one didn't really do anything.

If I wrote embarrassing things: my bad...
