For some reason, this art seems to represent Rorschach sadness. It,s probably because of his frown, but still...
I noticed that in the end, Rorschach was right! It was the end of the world! The only way to save mankind was to sacrifice a whole population! It showed that the world was falling apart in that time...

The ary is fine as it is! In my opinion, I think that the reason we can't see the background is because the lights in the back are very bright! Since they're are too bright, you don't need to paint anything in the back :3

A mix of the word "Uggg", the word "Whatever" and the words "Not really". People who use the expression "Meh" are usally cool people who just like to have fun.
This drawing represents what the word means.
